Meet the Teachers

Katt Mangas

Katt Mangas completed her yoga teacher training in 2019 and has been a dedicated practitioner for over a decade. Her journey with yoga began as a personal practice and gradually evolved into a deep passion for sharing its transformative benefits with others.

With a focus on creating a welcoming and supportive environment, Katt encourages students of all levels to connect with their bodies, cultivate mindfulness, and move with intention. She believes yoga is not just about physical postures, but about finding balance, inner peace, and a sense of grounding in everyday life.

Through thoughtful sequencing and an emphasis on breath and presence, Katt aims to help students leave each class feeling stronger, calmer, and more connected to themselves.

Yoga Teacher

Tricia Herron

I originally started doing yoga after a rib injury that affected my left arm. There was a lot I could not do and I was embarrassed when my arm would shake really hard. Aka "noodle arm" I had to modify almost every move because the poses being done were not for me just yet. After a few years of practicing on my own I knew I needed to teach. My ultimate goal was to show that anyone can do yoga. It doesn't matter if your body has limitations or if you want to take an extra break. Yoga is for you! I've taught from gentle to  really active classes with options in between for different poses.

I'm yoga fit level 1 certified with 3 years of experience.

I'm also a certified sound healer though Life Changing Energy and Reiki Level 1 though Madison Orlando.
